Karate Kobudo Federation Women's Workshop on Self Defense Calendar "Total Approach Workshop to Women's Self-Defense" For next seheduled workshop email TS@Sandovalkaratekobudofederation.com Hakutsuru Village is offering a four hour Women's Self Defense workshop. Workshops teach education in confrontation principle, and personal defense. Our program ranges from awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and avoidance to basic physical defense, and advanced self defense methods. Workshop open to women 16 and up. Not a Martial Arts class but a program which advocates realistically employable tactics without the time investment of traditional Martial Arts training. This is a lecture/hands on workshop. Attire" gym clothes, tennis shoes. Student Manual included in registration fee. *Pre-registration only. Class size limited to twenty (20). Workshops ongoing, schedule updated monthly.
